History of the Yogya Monument. 

Very mystical and mysterious, for the beliefs of Yogyakarta people. 

Tugu Jogja was built in 1755 by Sri Sultan Hamangku Buwono I, the founder of the Yogyakarta palace. The monument has symbolic value and is a magical line because it connects the South Sea, Yogyakarta Palace and Mount Merapi.

According to people's beliefs Yogya, is an ancient and sacred building, as mentioned above, a straight building with the same distance from one building to another.
